Opened files with extension .frag and .vert ....just text

Here's how to reproduce (VS2010):
Close all open files
Open shader file (in my case it was an .fx file)
Close Visual Studio
Open project again
Now the shader file should be open bu...

nshader has stopped working in visual studio 2010. Through the extension manager the option to disable or uninstall is blanked out.
I also have visual studio 2012 installed but am using the older...

Syntax highlighting does not seem to work for me in VS2012 for Cg shaders.
Both .cg and .cgfx extensions do not highlight.
GLSL and HLSL both work.
I've disabled all other addons and just lef...

In order to be able to add new file extensions in NShader without having to recompile it, NShader should provide a custom window inside Tools/Options.
